Refund policy

The Club stands behind every shirt that leaves the press. If something arrives wrong, we'll set it right.

Refunds are available for:

• Orders shipped with the wrong item
• Items that arrive damaged or defective

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund, email support@nerdpumpclub.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll take it from there.

This refund policy may be revised without prior notice. Email support@nerdpumpclub.com if you want to confirm you're looking at the current version.

A small note on care: every shirt ships with washing instructions on the label. Follow them and the shirt will outlast the trend cycle.
